KEEPING PA SAFE

Thomas has always been a strong partner with law enforcement, working to ensure our first responders have the equipment and training they need through grant funding and leading the way on legislation permitting body cameras for parole agents. Thomas is also a leader on policies to combat human trafficking.

Thomas believes that ensuring PA is a place where everyone has the opportunity to raise a family and achieve earned success and upward economic mobility without government interference is one of the most important jobs he can do as your Representative.

The 87th District

Thomas Kutz currently serves as State Representative in Pennsylvania's 87th House District in the heart of Cumberland County.  The 87th House District was recently redrawn and had a new configuration beginning in 2022.

​

The new 87th House District includes Monroe Township, Silver Spring Township, Upper Allen Township, part of South Middleton Township (precincts 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, and 9), part of Lower Allen Township (precinct 2), and all of Mount Holly Springs borough.

​

When Thomas was elected in 2022, it was an open seat with no incumbent.
