Leadership for Today

Thomas Kutz is a lifelong third-generation Lower Allen Township resident. He attended Lower Allen and Rossmoyne Elementary, Allen Middle, and Cedar Cliff High Schools. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Grove City College in just three years, Thomas worked as a Congressional staffer for the House Ways and Means Committee and Congressman Scott Perry. He then went on to serve as the Policy Director for a U.S. Senate candidate and attend Widener University Commonwealth Law School.

Thomas's goal as a Township Commissioner is to bring new ideas to the board that prioritize transparency, fiscal responsibility, and public safety. Thomas believes that at its core, government has a responsibility to protect its citizens and provide emergency services, educate its youth, and support critical infrastructure. He believes that governments should act within their means and avoid raising taxes when able.
