WATCH: Thomas Kutz from Leg One of the Lower Allen Parks Tour

Lower Allen, PA -- Lower Allen Township Commissioner Thomas Kutz updated constituents after the first leg of the Lower Allen Township Parks Tour. Kutz toured five parks with the Lower Allen Recreation and Parks Board where Kutz helped to inspect the state of the parks and spoke with residents using each park about what they would like to see to improve them.
