LOWER ALLEN, PA – Thomas Kutz delivered the following remarks during his first Commissioners Report on Monday, January 6, 2020 at Lower Allen Township's reorganization meeting. Kutz was sworn in at the beginning of the meeting.

Thomas Kutz is a third-generation Lower Allen Township resident and former Congressional staffer. He is the youngest Commissioner in Lower Allen Township and is serving a four-year term through the end of 2023.
