Local municipalities have the awesome responsibility of providing parks and recreation for our community's residents to use. Thomas Kutz's family helped to build the "Fun Fort" at the Lower Allen Community Park, and Thomas led a cleanup project at his neighborhood park. Thomas believes Lower Allen's parks provide a clean, safe, and fun place for families and community members to spend time and supports their maintenance and construction.
