LOWER ALLEN-- The Lower Allen Township Board of Commissioners Monday unanimously approved a resolution offered by Commissioner Thomas Kutz to recognize January as "National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month."
Kutz spoke about the dangers of human trafficking right here in central Pennsylvania, noting the vast highway network which connects much of the northeast through the Keystone State prior to the unanimous adoption of the resolution.
