Kutz joins in Groundbreaking for House Supporting Veterans Causes

Lower Allen Township Commissioner Thomas Kutz joined Charter Homes & Neighborhoods in the Arcona West neighborhood for a groundbreaking on the "Got Your Six at Home" house, the proceeds of which will benefit veterans causes.
