Kutz, Delozier tour Peiffer Memorial Arboretum

Lower Allen Township Commissioner Thomas Kutz joined State Representative Sheryl Delozier in Beacon Hill to tour the Peiffer Memorial Arboretum. The arboretum joins Lower Allen Township and New Cumberland Borough and sits along the Yellow Breeches Creek.
