HARRISBURG -- Lower Allen Township Commissioner and candidate for State Representative Thomas Kutz today filed to appear on the ballot for the 87th Legislative District in Cumberland County. Kutz filed with signatures from every municipality to qualify for the ballot in the May 17th Republican Primary.
