LOWER ALLEN, PA – Thomas Kutz was sworn in as Lower Allen Township Commissioner on Monday January 6, 2020. Magisterial District Judges Chris Delozier administered the oath of office at Gorgas Hall on Monday. Kutz joins the Board of Commissioners as the youngest Commissioner in township history.
